Open Professional Championships Awards
If less than 6 entries, Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event and/or reduce prize money by 50%. 
Professional Theater Arts / Cabaret Awards
If less than 6 entries, Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event and/or reduce prize money by 50%.
Professional Rising Star Awards
If less than 6 entries, Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event and/or reduce prize money by 50%.
Pro/Am Scholarship Awards
All ages, all levels, minimum of 5 couples required. If less than 5 couples, prize money reduced by 50% or choose to receive 100% of prize money as a voucher.
Amateur Open & U21 International Latin & Standard Scholarship Awards
If less than 6 entries, Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event and/or reduce prize money by 50%.

Youth Open International Latin & Standard Scholarship Awards
Open to ages 9-15 only. Minimum of 10 couples required. If less than 10 couples, vouchers will be given in lieu of cash.
Mixed Amateurs
A minimum of 150 entries is required to qualify for Top Teacher money.
Top Teachers
Teachers must have a minimum of 100 entries to qualify.

Mimimun entry requirements are for for qualification purpose. Minimum requirements DOES NOT guarantee placement od $ amount of that placement. Teachers with the highest point totals meeting the minimum requirements will be determined the winner.

Special Notice to All Competitors

All competitors, including Pro/Am teachers, are required to hold a current registration card from the NDCA for 2027 and must supply the organizers with official registration number before the competition begins. To register you may write to Lee Wakefield, c/o Brigham Young University, PO Box 22018 Provo IT 84062. Please include your NDCA number on entry form to facilitate registration requirements. You may register with the NDCA representative online if you are not a member. Foreign professional competitors may use their comparable professional organization affiliation. These rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
